Our History
Our origins
CMI has its origins in the widely known and respected Harvard Negotiation Project, established in 1978 by Roger Fisher, perhaps the most recognized authority when it comes to negotiation.
Conflict Management Inc. (CMI)
Founded in 1984 together with CMG, they are part of our origins as an institution.
Conflict Management Group (CMG)
Founded to offer groups outside the American Union, a variety of services in terms of relationship management and negotiation.
